This blog is dedicated to my Mother, Norene. She is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven now. Her favorite verse and song was "Because He Lives I Can Face Tomorrow"; she exemplified these words and Jesus all of her 93 years on this Earth. Anyone who knew her would testify to her faith. Now I have this verse and song as a tribute to her and The Rock I can stand upon till I am with her again.
I pray you will find The Peace these words and song bring to all who seek.

Hello Momma!
I sure do miss you!
Today I am watching the DVD "South Pacific"! Remember when you took me to see it in 1958!?! I am still mesmerized by it today. They redid it in the digital picture and sound - it is awesome!
It is so good as I watch it; remembering the wonderful time we shared. Thank you Jesus for memories.
Jennifer and Sam were married in November. Please help the Angels get them located in one home ASAP!
Keith and Alisha have bought a home in Richardson. They are moving in this month. I know you would be the first person there checking it all out. They will need alot of Angel help too.
Dr. Chad it now is! You loved that too. We are all so proud of him.
Gavin is just about to walk. Like Regan, he is not too crazy about crawling. Alison starts singing; Gavin starts dancing - moving his legs and arms - so cute. Alison found all the dandelions in our yard; the neighbors - she loves to blow the furries off of it! She saw one back by our gate - that was too far - Gavin and I had to go with her to get it. As she ran across the yard, it took me back 27 years as if I was seeing Jennifer run across there with her long brown hair bouncing.
Talk with you later.
I Love You Precious Mom!

Hi Mom!
What are you doing? I know you are busy, as you always were here on Earth!
The other day I was keeping Alison and Gavin. We were outside; I was barefoot. Alison wanted to know why I didn't have my shoes on?!? This thought took me back to when I was a kid and the first hint of warm weather I was coming to you asking you if I could go barefoot? I would continue to constantly ask you until you would finally say, "Ok, but first you have to go in and wash your feet off with warm water." I never understood this, but I was so HAPPY when you told me I could go barefoot I didn't care. Bless you for your kind, loving ways that made my life so full and blessed. I am so thankful to our Jesus for allowing me the "together" short time we had before He came to get you. It was so hard to let you go - the hardest thing I have ever had to do.
I can't wait to see you, your smile! Get my good hug and kiss!
I Love U With All My Heart,
Deanna Norene
I had to tell you what Robert wrote Rog and I the other day!
Roger,
I didn't see Denison mentioned on TV so it looks like you came through the weather ok?
I remember when I was growing up we were playing outside in the street and the weather was looking really ugly. I had never seen clouds that black, so low to the ground and swirling that fast. We were climbing up in the magnolia trees to see if we could touch them. They were frightening and fascinating at the same time.
Suddenly Mother came running out of the house yelling at us to get inside. It wasn't even raining yet. I was surprised. When it did start raining I snuck out of the house because I liked to dance in the rain. Not that rain. It was coming down so hard and fast it hurt. It wasn't hail either. Just rain.
I learned later that a tornado had touched down at Pottsboro and destroyed a barn.
Mother was listening to the radio and heard about it.
The phase "tornado alley" didn't come into my awareness until high school, and only as an interesting phrase. Sort of like "Top Gun."
The ice storms were the worse thing I saw growing up.
It is funny how luck is. You don't realize what it is until it's gone.
Your brother, Robert
Looks like we all played in those Magnolia Trees! Such fun they were!
We have your house for sale. It is hard to do this. I know you understand since you had the same with Granny's house. It has to be done as it is so heart breaking to be there; you are not there to give us your warm greeting, kiss and sunshine smile. I would love to hear your voice saying "Deanna, Deanna!"
Luv U Awesome Mom!
